Hey,

I'm Tomas Mitkus, the health transformation coach to busy and ambitious professionals. I'm based in London, UK and I'm the founder of Healthier Sapiens.

I started as a Nutritional Therapist helping hundreds of people fix their health and combat chronic illness. Then, in early 2024, I qualified as a personal trainer and combined my skills to empower high-achieving professionals to transform their health and reinvent their physique for good.
